How to Report a Bug
If you discover an “Undocumented Feature” (aka - a bug), please be sure that you are using the most recent version of DonorWise. From the DonorWise “Help” menu, select “Check for Updates...” If a more recent version is available, please install it.
If the problem continues even after installing the current DonorWise version, then please send us a bug report, as illustrated below. DonorWise error messages make bug reporting easy.

Here we see a typical DonorWise error message. Click on the Details >> button to expand the message and reveal a few more options.

Once the details have been revealed, information that is helpful to our software engineers becomes visible. Click the “Send Email” button to send a bug report message to the DonorWise Support team. The message will automatically include the all of the details now visible in the error message, so there is no need to send a screen shot. Please answer all of the questions presented to you in the e-mail message.
