Getting started with DonorWise
When you decide to use DonorWise for your ministry, you will become part of a growing community of users who are supported by the International Financial Management, DonorWise team.
We are committed to trying to make DonorWise the best product it can be to enable ministries to more effectively manage their donations and maintain a relationship with their donors.
Because of this relationship with you, we would like for you to register who you are on the DonorWise web site (link). This will help us to know who you are and to keep you informed with the latest news and updates for DonorWise.
Here is how to begin:
- Register your ministry using the “” form.
- Download the program (if you do not have it yet).
- You may communicate with us through this web site. Use the

” page to either:
- Request help (Campus Crusade ministries only)
- Make a suggestion
- Report a program error
- Campus Crusade ministries may request (via their AFM) membership in the “IFM Technology GCX Community” (coming soon).
- User forum support is available to anyone on the Community WebBoard.
- First sign up to use the discussion board
- Use the discussion board to ask questions. Notification of your discussion is sent to us and we will respond
- This will provide a searchable database of issues for all users
